Just wanted to say how very impressed I am with your excellent service!
I had arranged for delivery of your Belgian chocolate birthday cake to my daughter-in-law before 1pm today - but having since learned that there wasd a significant risk she could be out from 10.30am onwards, subsequently e-mailed your early on Wednesday moring hoping that if she was out her birthday cake could be left next door.

My fears were that things could have gone haywire and the courier would not have been able to deliver until Monday!
At 10.45am my daughter-in-law rang to say that the birthday cake had been delivered... It looks really delicious and she cant wait to enjoy it when her family get home later on today.
